Terra Mater-Best of Show-Documentary

Producer Felix Courvosier of Seed Audio-Visual Communication AG, Zurich (right) with Andreas Trümpler, head of Marketing/Communication/Development at Swiss chocolate manufacturer Confiseur Läderach AG, and Lee Gluckman during a presentation of the Best of Show-Corporate Award for “Sweet Tokyo.” The film features Läderach representatives who travel to Japan on business, but the people they meet are who they were hoping to meet and do not know their product is chocolate. Terra Mater-Best of Show-Documentary

One World winner guest at IQ Conference

Geoff D’Eon, director-writer of “Counterfeit Culture” documentary on traffic in counterfeit goods, accepted the One World Award statuette during a gathering of the award sponsor members, International Quorum of Motion Picture Producers (IQ) in Montreal in late September. The one-hour documentary was produced by Tell Tale Productions of Halifax, Nova Scotia and shot on location in Canada, the USA, Asia and Europe. It asks consumers to take a deeper look at what appear to be harmless knock-offs at bargain prices. IQ annually sponsors the award honoring a production that fosters world understanding as part of the US International Film & Video Festival.
